ব্যাখ্যাঃ

কোনো নির্দিষ্ট জাহাজের (the ship) ক্যাপ্টেন বা প্রধান পদবি কেবল একজন ব্যক্তিরই থাকে; তাই অনন্য পদবি (unique position/title) নির্দেশ করতে অনির্দিষ্ট 'a' ব্যবহার করা ব্যাকরণগতভাবে ভুল (এখানে the Captain বা পদমর্যাদা হিসেবে zero article Captain প্রযোজ্য)। সুতরাং বাক্যটিতে article ভুলভাবে ব্যবহৃত হয়েছে।
